There's no property manager or ticket queue in between. You'll have our number, and we handle maintenance requests ourselves.

Rock Crest Properties is our family's company. We own a small number of homes in the Salt Lake Valley and manage them ourselves. Keeping it small means we can stay on top of maintenance and answer the phone when you call.
We're looking for renters who'll take care of the place and stay a while.
